The main function of narrow-band filters and bandpass filters is to transmit a specefic wavelength of light through an optical element, allowing the reflection (o attenuation) of other wavelengths of light. Half wavelengths are usually controlled above 4-20nm or 20-70nm and can be ultraviolet visible near infrared and far infrared wavelengths.

Our narrow band filters are made from ion-assisted deposetion of nanomaterials and high vacuum evaporation of multilayer hard films. It has the characteristics of good film density, wide cutoff range, high cut-off depth, high transmittance, hard coating, long service life, accurate wavelength positioning, low temperature drift, good penetration and high imaging clarety.
